The connector behind is reserved for diagnosticfor diagnosticpurposes.Figure 3-34connectors of CPU boardConnecting order remote power on/offEach A RGUS OMNI BUS should be connected to its host for the remote power on/off mechanism. Therefore theremote power on/off connector [16] on the back of the host ([16] on the back of the host (A RGUS P ROCESSOR or rendering processor) must beconnected with the remote power on/off in connector of the CPU board of the OMNI BUS. Multiple OMNI BUS de-vices are connected in a daisy chain to their host by connecting the remote power on/off out connector of thefirst OMNI BUS to the remote power on/off in connector of the nextxt OMNI BUS and so on. The remote poweron/off out connector of the last OMNI BUS remains unconnected.Figure 3-35cabling for remote power on/offDo not mix up the connetors for remote power on/off with the mechanically identicalconnectors of the network adapters!Mixing the connectores will cause damage to the system.
