Use LOCAL when you are inurban areas where there are several strong radio stationsignals and you want to limit the number of stations tothose with the strongest signals only. Use DISTANTwhen you are in rural areas where there are fewer radiostation signals available.To switch between LOCAL and DISTANT, press theTUNE/SEL knob.
