AUTOSTORE PRESETS: To set the preset stationsautomatically, perform the following steps:1. Turn the radio on.2. Press BAND to select FM1, FM2, or AM.3. Press the TUNE/SEL knob to enter the main menu.4. Turn the TUNE/SEL knob until AUTOSTOREPRESETS appears on the display.5. Press the TUNE/SEL knob to select. AUTOSTOREwill appear on the display. The radio willautomatically search the band and select and storethe six radio stations with the strongest signal.The stations will be stored by signal strength, notsequential order. The set preset station number willappear on the display above the pushbutton thatit is set to. Whenever that numbered pushbutton ispressed for less than two seconds, the stationthat was set will return.6. Press the CLR button to exit the display. To returnto the original display, repeatedly press the CLRbutton or wait for the display to time out.When battery power is removed and later applied,you will not have to reset your radio presets.PRESETS HOME/AWAY: This feature gives you theability to store two different kinds of station presets.HOME can be used for stations available where you liveand AWAY can be for stations available outside ofyour local broadcasting area. To set preset stations forhome and away perform the following steps:1. Press the TUNE/SEL knob to enter the main menu.2. Turn the TUNE/SEL knob until PRESETSHOME/AWAY appears on the display.3. Press the TUNE/SEL knob to select. HOME orAWAY will appear on the display.4. Press the CLR button to exit the display.
