Don’t use strong soaps,chemicals, abrasive polishes, abrasive cleaners,cleaners with acid, or abrasive cleaning brushes onthem because you could damage the surface. Do notuse chrome polish on aluminum wheels.Use chrome polish only on chrome-plated wheels, butavoid any painted surface of the wheel, and buff offimmediately after application.Don’t take your vehicle through an automatic car washthat has silicone carbide tire cleaning brushes. Thesebrushes can also damage the surface of these wheels.Cleaning TiresTo clean your tires, use a stiff brush with tire cleaner.Notice: When applying a tire dressing, always takecare to wipe off any overspray or splash from allpainted surfaces on the body or wheels of thevehicle. Petroleum-based products may damage thepaint finish and tires.Sheet Metal DamageIf your vehicle is damaged and requires sheet metalrepair or replacement, make sure the body repair shopapplies anti-corrosion material to parts repaired orreplaced to restore corrosion protection.Original manufacturer replacement parts will provide thecorrosion protection while maintaining the warranty.5-99
