Once removed, the orange cap and thetape must not be re-attached to the print head. If you have mistakenly done so, install theBJ cartridge and execute print head cleaning. Use only the Ink Cartridge storage box tostore a BJ cartridge when it is not installed in the printer.Make sure that you are printing on the correct side of the paperThe paper that you are using to print may have only one correct print side. Plain paper,Bubble Jet paper, or Transparencies can be printed on either side.
