Set [Recording Setup] >[MP4 Clip / Photo Numbering] to [Reset] and initialize the SD card (A 32).Initialize only using the camcorder- Initialize the SD card with this camcorder (A 32).May not be possible to record movies on this memory card- An SD card error occurred. The camcorder cannot record or display the image. Try removingand reinserting the SD card, or use a different SD card.Memory card cover is open- After inserting an SD card, close the SD card compartment cover.Memory card is full- The SD card is full. Delete some recordings (A 92) to free some space or replace the SD card.Memory card is write-protected- The LOCK switch on the SD card is set to prevent accidental erasure. Change the position ofthe LOCK switch.No clips- There are no clips on the SD card selected.No memory card- Insert a compatible SD card into the camcorder (A 30).No photos- There are no photos to play back.Operation canceled- Cannot access the SD card. Check the SD card and make sure it is working correctly andinserted correctly.- An SD card error occurred. The camcorder cannot record or display the image. Try removingand reinserting the SD card, or use a different SD card.Recording was stopped due to insufficient write speed of the memory card- The write speed of the SD card was too slow so recording was stopped. To record clips with aresolution of 3840x2160 or clips using slow & fast motion recording mode, use an SD card thatis rated UHS Speed Class U3. To record other clips, use an SD card that is rated SD SpeedClass 6 or 10, or UHS Speed Class U1 or U3.- After repeatedly recording, deleting and editing clips (fragmented memory), it will take longer towrite data on the SD card and recording may stop. Save your recordings (A 100) and initializethe SD card (A 32).Some clips could not be deleted- Clips that were protected/edited with other devices and then transferred to an SD cardconnected to the computer cannot be deleted with this camcorder.Task in progress. Do not disconnect the power source.- The camcorder is updating the SD card. Wait until the operation ends and do not disconnectthe compact power adapter or remove the battery pack.Too many photos and MP4 movies. Disconnect the USB cable.- Disconnect the USB cable. Try using a card reader or decrease the combined number of MP4clips and photos on the SD card to fewer than 2,500 (Windows), or 1,000 (macOS).- If a dialog box appeared on the computer screen, close it. Disconnect the USB cable, andrestore the connection after a short while.
