Using a table or other stable surface is recommended.Attaching the Microphone Holder UnitUse the supplied screws to attach the microphone holder unit tothe handle unit.Attaching the Handle Unit1 Slide the front of the handle unit into the accessoryshoe, as shown in the illustration. Then, slide the handleunit forward all the way.• Make sure the front and rear screws are raised when youslide the handle unit.2 Turn the front screw and two rear screws to secure thehandle unit.NOTES• The camcorder is functional even if you remove the handleunit. However, some audio options (A 68), the infrared light(A 80) and tally lamp will not be available.
