WARNING 60, External interlockExternal interlock has been activated. To resume normaloperation, apply 24 V DC to the terminal programmed forexternal interlock and reset the frequency converter (viaserial communication, digital I/O, or by pressing [Reset]).WARNING 62, Output frequency at maximum limitThe output frequency is higher than the value set in4-19 Max Output Frequency.ALARM 64, Voltage LimitThe load and speed combination demands a motorvoltage higher than the actual DC-link voltage.WARNING/ALARM 65, Control card over temperatureThe cut-out temperature of the control card is 80 °C.Troubleshooting• Check that the ambient operating temperature iswithin the limits.• Check for clogged filters.• Check the fan operation.• Check the control card.WARNING 66, Heat sink temperature lowThe frequency converter is too cold to operate. Thiswarning is based on the temperature sensor in the IGBTmodule.Increase the ambient temperature of the unit. Also, atrickle amount of current can be supplied to the frequencyconverter whenever the motor is stopped by setting2-00 DC Hold/Preheat Current at 5% and 1-80 Function atStop.TroubleshootingThe heat sink temperature measured as 0 °C could indicatethat the temperature sensor is defective, causing the fanspeed to increase to the maximum. This warning results ifthe sensor wire between the IGBT and the gate drive cardis disconnected. Also, check the IGBT thermal sensor.ALARM 67, Option module configuration has changedOne or more options have either been added or removedsince the last power-down. Check that the configurationchange is intentional and reset the unit.ALARM 68, Safe Stop activatedSTO has been activated. To resume normal operation, apply 24 V DC to terminal 37, then send a reset signal (viabus, digital I/O, or by pressing [Reset].ALARM 69, Power card temperatureThe temperature sensor on the power card is either toohot or too cold.Troubleshooting• Check the operation of the door fans.• Check that the filters for the door fans are notblocked.• Check that the gland plate is properly installedon IP21/IP54 (NEMA 1/12) frequency converters.ALARM 70, Illegal FC configurationThe control card and power card are incompatible. Tocheck compatibility, contact your Danfoss supplier with thetype code of the unit from the nameplate and the partnumbers of the cards.ALARM 72, Dangerous failureSTO with trip lock. Unexpected signal levels on safe stopand digital input from the VLT® PTC Thermistor Card MCB112.WARNING 73, Safe Stop auto restartSafe stopped. With automatic restart enabled, the motorcould start when the fault is cleared.WARNING 76, Power unit setupThe required number of power units does not match thedetected number of active power units.WARNING 77, Reduced power modeThe frequency converter is operating in reduced powermode (less than the allowed number of inverter sections). This warning is generated on power cycle when thefrequency converter is set to run with fewer inverters andremains on.ALARM 79, Illegal power section configurationThe scaling card has an incorrect part number or is notinstalled. The MK102 connector on the power card couldnot be installed.ALARM 80, Drive initialised to default valueParameter settings are initialised to default settings after amanual reset. To clear the alarm, reset the unit.ALARM 91, Analog input 54 wrong settingsSwitch S202 has to be set in position OFF (voltage input)when a KTY sensor is connected to analog input terminal54.ALARM 92, No flowA no-flow condition has been detected in the system.parameter 22-23 No-Flow Function is set for alarm.Troubleshooting• Troubleshoot the system and reset the frequencyconverter after the fault has been cleared.ALARM 93, Dry pumpA no-flow condition in the system with the frequencyconverter operating at high speed may indicate a drypump. parameter 22-26 Dry Pump Function is set for alarm.Troubleshoot the system and reset the frequency converterafter the fault has been cleared.ALARM 94, End of curveFeedback is lower than the set point. This may indicateleakage in the system. parameter 22-50 End of CurveFunction is set for alarm.Troubleshooting• Troubleshoot the system and reset the frequencyconverter after the fault has been cleared.Troubleshooting Operating Instructions118 Danfoss A/S © Rev. 06/2014 All rights reserved.
