You can do so by touching an unpainted metalsurface. If you leave the area, ground yourself again when you return to the computer.NOTICE: To help prevent damage to the system board, remove the main battery before working inside the computer.Replacing the Computer BaseThe computer base includes cables for the microphone and the keyboard. If you need to replace the computer base, follow allthe instructions for removing the system board assembly (see System Board Assembly) and install all system componentsinto the new computer base.Back to Contents Page
