All parts and finishes of the Delta® faucet arewarranted to the original consumer purchaser tobe free from defects in material & workmanshipfor as long as the original consumer purchaserowns their home. Delta Faucet Companyrecommends using a professional plumber for allinstallation & repair.Delta will replace, FREE OF CHARGE, duringthe warranty period, any part or finish that provesdefective in material and/or workmanship undernormal installation, use & service. Proof of purchase (original salesreceipt) from the original consumer purchasermust be made available to Delta for all warrantyclaims. THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTYBY DELTA FAUCET COMPANY, WHICH DOESNOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OF ANYKIND, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTYOF MERCHANTABILITY.This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial& business usage, whose purchasers arehereby extended a five year limited warrantyfrom the date of purchase, with all other termsof this warranty applying except the duration ofthe warranty. This warranty is applicable to Delta®faucets manufactured after January 1, 1995.Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusionor limitation of incidental or consequentialdamages, so the above limitation or exclusionmay not apply to you. Any damage to this faucetas a result of misuse, abuse, or neglect, or anyuse of other than genuine Delta® replacementparts WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.This warranty gives you specific legal rights, andyou may also have other rights which vary fromstate/province to state/province.
