6-28 D60 LINE DISTANCE PROTECTION SYSTEM – INSTRUCTION MANUALRECORDS CHAPTER 6: ACTUAL VALUES6The FAULT 1 LOOP RESISTANCE and REACTANCE are expressed in secondary ohms, which are calculated as per the followingequation.Z loop = V loop / I loop Eq. 6-7The table defines the loop voltage and current.Table 6-3: Quantities used to calculate fault loop impedancesWhere VA, VB, VC are phase voltage phasors in secondary volts; IA, IB, IC are current phasors in secondary amps, I0 is thezero sequence current phasors in secondary amps; and IG is the ground current from the parallel line scaled to the sourcephase CT in secondary amps. Z0/Z1 is the zero sequence impedance to positive sequence impedance ratio, and Z0M/Z1 ismutual zero sequence impedance to positive sequence impedance ratio.6.5.2 Event recordsACTUAL VALUES RECORDS EVENT RECORDSThe event records menu shows the contextual data associated with up to the last 1024 events, listed in chronologicalorder from most recent to oldest. When all 1024 event records have been filled, the oldest record is removed as a newrecord is added. Each event record shows the event identifier/sequence number, cause, and date/time stamp associatedwith the event trigger. See the COMMANDS CLEAR RECORDS menu for clearing event records.Only major output operands generate events, not every operand. Elements that assert output per phase, for example, logoperating phase output only without asserting the common three-phase operand event.See also the system log (syslog) information in the previous chapter. The event records are also viewable in the software and in a web browser. The figure shows the event records in thesoftware.
