It cannot be used for convection, broiling, self-cleaning orDelay Start cooking.NNOOTTEE:: The oven light comes on automatically when the door is opened and goes off when the door is closed. The bulb may beremoved. See the Oven Light Replacement section. On models with a light switch on the control panel, the oven light may beturned on and left on.How to Set for Regular Baking/RoastingMake sure the clock shows the correct timeof day and the oven is off.Touch and hold both the BROIL andBAKE pads, at the same time, untilthe display shows SF.NOTE: If bake or broil appears in thedisplay, the BROIL and BAKE padswere not touched at the same time.Touch the RESET/OFF pad and beginagain.Tap the START TIME or DELAY STARTpad until SAb bAtH appears in thedisplay.Touch the START pad and ⊃ willappear in the display.Touch the BAKE pad. No signalwill be given.Using the number pads, enter thedesired temperature between 170°Fand 550°F (77°C and 288°C). Nosignal or temperature will be given.Touch the START pad.After a random delay period ofapproximately 30 seconds to 1minute, ⊃ will appear in thedisplay indicating that the oven isbaking/ roasting. If ⊃ doesn’tappear in the display, start againat Step 4.To adjust the oven temperature, touchthe BAKE pad, enter the new temperatureusing the number pads and touch theSTART pad.NOTE: The RESET/OFF and COOK TIMEpads are active during the Sabbathfeature.⊃⊃How to Set for Timed Baking/Roasting – Immediate Start and Automatic StopMake sure the clock shows the correct timeof day and the oven is off.Touch and hold both the BROIL andBAKE pads, at the same time, untilthe display shows SF.NOTE: If bake or broil appears in thedisplay, the BROIL and BAKE padswere not touched at the same time.Touch the RESET/OFF pad and beginagain.Tap the START TIME or DELAY STARTpad until SAb bAtH appears in thedisplay.Touch the START pad and ⊃ willappear in the display.Touch the COOK TIME pad.Touch the number pads to set thedesired length of cooking timebetween 1 minute and 9 hours and99 minutes. No signal ortemperature will be given.Touch the START pad.After a random delay periodof approximately 30 seconds to1 minute, ⊃ will appear in thedisplay indicating that the oven isbaking/roasting.
