To clean, wipe withsudsy cloth, then rub lightlywith plastic scouring ball ifnecessary. Do not cleanin a self-cleaning oven.Broiler Pan(Spatter Shield and Drip Pan)Remove spatter shieldfrom drip pan. Carefullypour grease from drip paninto proper container.Clean immediately afterusing. If necessary, scourwith a soap-filled or plasticscouring pad in hot, soapywater. If food has burnedon, sprinkle spatter shieldwhile hot with detergentand cover with wet papertowels or a dish cloth tosoak loose burned-onfoods. The broiler pancan also be washed in thedishwasher.
