Wipe out the cooking compartment.Thoroughly remove residues of cleaner. Close theappliance door.2 Set the function selector to S. Select the dryingprogram with the rotary selector.3 The j symbol is displayed. Touch ™ to confirm.4 The drying time of 20 minutes appears. Touch I tostart. The drying time elapses on the display. Thelamp in the cooking compartment stays off.5 A signal sounds after 20 minutes. A messageappears in the display. Touch ™ to confirm.The drying programme has ended. Allow the applianceto cool down. Then polish the cooking compartment andthe panel with a soft cloth.Descaling programmeRegular descaling keeps the cooking compartment ingood condition. The cooking compartment is descaled,rinsed and dried fully automatically with the descalingprogramme.Depending on the type of water and your use of theappliance, a message on the display reminds you to runthe descaling programme. If necessary (e.g. if there aretraces of limescale in the cooking compartment), youcan run the descaling programme more frequently.The descaling programme takes 2 hours 15 minutesfrom beginning to end.You need special descaling cartridges for the descalingprogramme. These are available from the after-salesservice or from our online shop (CL S20 040 set withfour descaling cartridges, part number 00311768).Caution!Damage to the cooking compartment: Use descalingcartridges for the descaling programme only.
