Hereyou can find tips on how to save even more energy whenusing the appliance, and how to dispose of yourappliance properly.Saving energy▯ Open the appliance door as little as possible whilecooking.▯ Use dark, black lacquered or enamelled baking tinsfor baking. They absorb the heat particularly well.▯ It is best to bake several cakes one after the other.The oven will still be hot. This reduces the bakingtime for the second cake. You can also place twoloaf tins next to each other.▯ For longer cooking times, you can switch off thesteam oven 10 minutes before the end of thecooking time and you can use the residual heat tofinish cooking.▯ When steaming, you can cook simultaneously onseveral levels.
