An audio alert may be generated,if configured.• When the aircraft passes within 200 feet of the Selected Altitude, the SelectedAltitude changes to light blue text on a black background and flashes forfive seconds and an aural tone may be generated, if configured.• After reaching the Selected Altitude, if the pilot flies outside the deviationband (beyond ±200 feet of the Selected Altitude), the Selected Altitudechanges to yellow text on a black background, flashes for five seconds, andan aural tone is generated.Within 1000 ft Within 200 ft Deviation of ±200 ftFigure 2-21 Altitude Alerting Visual AnnunciationsNOTE:The aural tone when approaching the selected altitude may beconfigured at installation for either 200 feet or 1000 feet.
