In the Flight Planpage, touching the approach banner displays theApproach Options and Activate Missed Approachfeature.• Performing a Missed Approach - The GPS/GNXcontinues to guide along the final approach courseafter selecting an approach option and automaticallysequences the first leg of the missed approach.When the Missed Approach Waypoint Reached pop-upappears, tap Remain Suspended or Activate GPS MissedApproach.APPROACH WITHA HOLDWhen activating an RNAV GPS approach, the option to skipnon-required holding patterns during the initial transitionsof the approach is available.The Flight Plan Page shows a timer or distance, to fly theoutbound portion of a holding pattern. The holding patterndisplays on the Map Page and indicate the active leg on theActive Flight Plan pages.As you cross the MAP, a SUSP annunciation appears,indicating the automatic sequencing of approachwaypoints is suspended at the MAP. A From indicationshows on the CDI and Default NAV Page and courseguidance along the final approach course continues.To lose extra altitude or speed by going around the holdingpattern again, before crossing the holding waypoint thesecond time, tap SUSP to manually suspend waypointsequencing.
