23GB 08 037. Open the bottom valve A and the chemical is trans-ferred to the main tank.8. If the chemical container is empty it can be rinsed bythe container rinsing device (if fitted). Place thecontainer over the multi-hole nozzle and press thelever B.WARNING! Do not press lever B unless themulti-hole nozzle is covered by a container toavoid spray liquid hitting the operator.IMPORTANT! Rinsing device uses spray liquid to rinsecontainers for concentrated chemicals. Always rinse thechemical containers with clean water several times untilthey are clean before disposal.9.Engage the hopper rinsing device by opening valve C.10.Close valve C again when the hopper is rinsed.IMPORTANT! The hopper rinsing device is using sprayliquid for rinsing the hopper for concentrated chemical!The FILLER must always be cleaned together with therest of the sprayer when the spray job is done.11.Close valve A and the FILLER lid again.12.Turn handle at the Pressure Manifold towards ìInten-sive Agitationî and close remaining valves.13.When the spray liquid is well mixed, turn handle onthe Pressure Manifold towards ìSprayingî position.Keep P.T.O. engaged so the spray liquid is continu-ously agitated until it has been sprayed on the crop.Filling by HARDI FILLER chemical inductorLiquid chemicals1. Fill the main tank at least 1/ 3 with water (unlesssomething else is stated on the chemical containerlabel). See section ìFillingof waterî.2. Turn the handle atthe SuctionManifoldtowards ìMaintankî. Closeremainingvalves.3. Turn thehandle at thePressureManifold towardsìHARDI FILLERî.Close remaining valves.Check that bottom valve Aat the FILLER is closed.4. Engage the pump and set P.T.O. speed at 540 r.p.m.or 1000 r.p.m. depending on pump model.5. Open FILLER lid.6. Measure the correct quantity of chemical and fill itinto the hopper.NOTE!
