Ifnecessary adjust the innersection folding as follows:1.Depressurize thefolding rams2.Loosen counternut A3.Adjust stopscrew B untilthe correctsetting isreached.4.Tightencounter nutsagainOuter section folding adjustmentThe outer sections must be aligned with the innersections. If necessary adjust the outer sections asfollows:1.Depressurize the folding rams2.Loosen counter nuts Aand C.3.Loosen the screws B.4. Pressurize thefolding ram until it isfully extended.5.Adjust on the riggingscrew D until thecorrect setting isreached.6.Adjust the stopscrews B up againstthe inner section.7.Tighten counter nutsagainBreakaway section adjustmentThe breakaway section must release when a force ofapproximately 150 N (34 lb) is applied to the extremity ofthe breakaway section. Ifnecessary the releaseforce is adjusted asfollows:1.Make sure theclaw coupling iscorrectlylubricated.2.Loosen thecounter nut A3.Adjust the nutB until thebreakaway will release at a force of 150 N (34 lb)applied at the extremety of the section.4.Tighten the counter nut again.Boom rBoom rBoom rBoom rBoom readjustmenteadjustmenteadjustmenteadjustmenteadjustment1.Park the sprayer on a level surface2.Unfold the boom completely3.Lower tilt rams completely4.Set the slanting control midway (piston rod length is 60mm)Following adjustments can now be carried out:Suspension spring tension1.Loosen the counter nuts A in either side and adjust thetension of the vertical springs on the bolts B to suitthe boom weight. The adjustment is correct when theguide rods are approximately level.2.Tighten the counter nuts again.Pendulum return spring and cables1.Ensure that the slanting ram is set midway2.Loosen the counter nuts C and adjust the stop screwsD until the V-shaped mechanism is in symmetry.3.Allowe max. 1 mm play between stop screw and arm.4.Loosen the counter nuts E on the rigging screws, andadjust the length of the rigging screws until the boomis level. The correct adjustment is reached when thespring opens 1 mm between the threads5.Tighten the counter nuts again.Guide rods length adjustmentThe guide rods length should normally not be necessaryto adjust. If the suspension has been dismantled, thelength must be checked or adjusted if necessary. The trapeze and pendulum must hang freely.
