The grease goes along thegrooves in the crankshaft to reach the crankcase where it is distributedaround bearings, conrods, etc.Greasing is carried out in the same way on both pump models 363 and463.Pump model 364 and 464 have external central grease nipplesμ ATTENTION! Insufficient greasing of the pump could cause itto overheat and break the moving parts inside.Filters and fittingsRevise the filters every 50 working hours. Apart from ensuring that they are clean, make sure that the mesh is in goodcondition. Otherwise, the effectness of the filter will be nil.Whenever dismantling any filter or hose pipe, take care not to pinch the o-rings fitted to them. When replacing the pipefitting, smear the o-ring with oil or grease so that it falls easily into place in its groove.μ ATTENTION! If the filter is not in good condition, it could cause numerous undesired stoppages during the workingday, extending the working time required.μ ATTENTION! Each time you remove a fitting to check the condition of its o-ring or for any other reason, remember tolubricate the seal with oil or grease to prevent it from being pinched or breaking when reassembling the fitting in itshousingμ ATTENTION! Insufficient greasing of the pump could cause it to overheat and break the mobile parts inside.
