When you have a problem, first make sure that:• If an error displays on the control panel, see Understanding the MFP control panelmessages.• The power cord is plugged into the MFP and a properly grounded electrical outlet.• The MFP power switch is on.• The electrical outlet is not turned off by any switch or breaker.• Other electrical equipment plugged into the outlet is working.• All options are properly installed.• If you have checked all of the above and still have a problem, turn the MFP power off, wait forabout 10 seconds, and then turn the MFP power on.
