Memory modules (DIMMs)The server supports up to 32 DIMMs. DIMMs in connectors 1 to 8 supportmicroprocessor 1, DIMMs in connectors 9 to 16 support microprocessor 2, DIMMsin connectors 17 and 24 support microprocessor 3, and DIMMs in connectors 25 to32 support microprocessor 4. A certain amount of memory must be reserved for systemresources. To view the total amount of installed memory and the amount ofconfigured memory, run the Setup utility.
