Digital Radio52Digital Radio SETUPYou can set Digital Radio related parameters.1 Touch [ ] on the left side of the screen.Touch [SETUP].hh Digital Radio SETUP screen appears.2 Set each function as follows.■ [Priority]If the same service is provided by DigitalRadio during Radio Data System reception,automatically switches to Digital Radio. Ifthe same service is provided by Radio DataSystem when reception of the service beingprovided by Digital Radio becomes poor,automatically switches to Radio Data System.■ [PTY Watch]If the service of the set program type beginswith the ensemble being received, switchesfrom any source to Digital Radio for servicereception.■ [Announcement Select]Switches to the set Announcement service.For details, see Announcement setup(P.52).■ [Antenna Power]Sets power supply to the Digital Radioantenna. Set to “ON” when the Digital Radioantenna in use is equipped with a booster.Default is “ON”.■ [Related Service]When you select ON, the unit switches to arelated service (if exists) when a Digital Radioservice network is not available.Default is "OFF".■ [Language Select]Selects a display language for the PTYfunction.Ñ Announcement setupWhen the service for which ON is selectedstarts, switches from any source toAnnouncement to receive it.1 Touch [Announcement Select] on theDigital Radio SETUP screen.hh The Announcement Select screenappears.2 Touch each Announcement list and seton or off.■ [Select All]Turn on all announcements.■ [Deselect All]Turn off all announcements.NOTE• The volume setting during reception ofAnnouncement service is automatically stored.The next time the Announcement service isreceived, this unit recalls the volume settingautomatically.
