Connection/Installation94When installing the antenna on the rightside30 mm!Ceramic line (black part)Earth sheet *~150 mmWhen installing the antenna on the leftside150 mm30 mm ~Earth sheet *!Ceramic line (black part)NOTE• *Where the earth sheet of Amplifier (accessory !)can be pasted on the metal part of the front pillar.#CAUTIONWhen installing the antenna cableinside a front pillar that contains an airbag• The front pillar cover is secured with a special clipwhich may need to be replaced when the front pillarcover is removed.Contact your vehicle dealer for details on replacingthe front pillar cover and availability of replacementparts.ClipFront pillar cover• Install the amplifier unit (accessory !) above the airbag so that the antenna and the air bag.Air bag!Front pillar● Determining the antenna installationlocation1) Remove the front pillar cover of your car.Front pillar cover2) Clean the windscreen with the suppliedcleaner (accessory =).=• Wait until the glass surface is completelydry before pasting.• If the glass surface is cold, such as duringwinter, warm it with defroster or dryer.3) Remove the first sheet (tag 1) of film antenna(accessory ~) horizontally and paste theantenna on the front glass.Sheet (tag 1)~• Do not touch the pasting surface (adhesiveside) of the film antenna (accessory ~).
