A red iconindicates a more serious error, such as “out of paper.” Youcan still send a print job but the driverless server cannot sendthe job until the error is cleared. Until then the job waits inthe queue.Canceling a JobYou can cancel a print job before it is rendered as long as youare accepting cookies. To cancel, click on the print job in thePrint Queue frame. You will see a yellow highlight aroundthe text. Click the Cancel button. After it is sent to thesecondary server, the job can only be canceled using theAdmin dialog box from the PrintAgent window.Getting HelpWhen a message is present in the PrintAgent window, pressthe Help button for more details or instructions. When nomessages are present, clicking on the Help button displaysthe Help Index.Pull Printing User SettingsYou can customize your web browser settings to enhanceyour Pull Printing capabilities.CookiesIf you would like the ability to save your printer settings andany watermarks you make, the computer must accept anycookies we set. This also gives you the ability to cancel anyprint jobs you send that are still in the print queue. A cookieis a small piece of data that the browser stores on your harddrive. Each cookie has a maximum limit of 4 kilobytes.Although driverless printing will work if cookies are notaccepted, it will not be customized for your needs. You canchoose to always accept a cookie, which will allow all webpages to set cookies. You can choose to have a message boxappear each time a cookie is set and you will then have theoption of accepting or rejecting the cookie.Accepting Cookies in Internet Explorer 5.0: Click onthe Tool menu item and select Internet Options. Click onthe Security tab. Click on Custom Level button. In theSecurity section, there are three cookie options. Select theEnable Option radio button.You can distinguish your print job from others if you acceptthe PrintAgent cookies. Your print job will display the nameof the file or URL you sent, while other print jobs will showonly the URL of the printer to which the job will be sent. Tosee which printer your jobs will be sent to, place the mouseover the icon next to your print job. The name of the printerwill be displayed, along with the name of the file or URL ofthe web page. It will also signify whether your job is waitingto be rasterized or has already been sent to the statusmonitor.The section below shows system administrators how toconfigure a Pull Printing server to support clients.
