See“BIOS Setup Utility.”Starting the system in Configure mode resetsBIOS settings to their factory defaults.Before jumpering the system for Configure mode, write down anycustomized BIOS settings. When the system is started in Normal mode,press F2 to bring up the BIOS Setup utility. Recustomize your BIOSsettings.1. Power off and unplug the system and any external options. Removethe system unit cover (see “System Unit Cover”).The system power must be off before changinga jumper setting.2. Locate the J5G1 jumper block on the system board (see “SystemBoard Jumper Settings”).3. Move the jumper to pins 2 and 3. This jumper setting brings thesystem up in Configure mode when it is rebooted.4. Replace the system unit cover (see “System Unit Cover”). Connectsystem power cables and external options.5. Power on the system. The BIOS Setup utility launches immediatelyafter POST displaying the Maintenance menu.6. Select the Processor Speed field. Press Enter. A subwindow appearsdisplaying the supported processor speeds.7. Use the up or down arrow key to select the correct processor speed.Press Enter.8. Select the Exit menu with the left or right arrow key. Press Enter toexit saving changes. Press Enter again to confirm that you wish toexit the BIOS Setup utility.9.
