The keys are set using the telephone,not within SL2100 Programming Mode.Assign keys at the telephone(s) that will change the mode. A phone with an LCD is preferable. This is not done within the SL2100 Configuration Mode. Keys are changed by dialing a service code usingtelephone itself. You will need a separate key for each mode you are using. The key for the current mode lights red.
