See”Contacts” on page 23.Changing your availabilityinformationGo to Options → Myavailability and select:• Available – You are available forpeople to call or send youmessages. For example, when youhave chosen this option for yourgeneral profile. See ”Profiles” onpage 65.• Busy – You may be available forpeople to call or send youmessages, for example, whenyour phone is in meeting profile.• Not available – You are notavailable for people to call orsend you messages, for example,when your phone is in silentprofile.Changing who can view yourPresence informationGo to Options → Viewers andselect:• Public pres. – Displays limitedinformation, for managing waysfor people to contact you. This isavailable to anyone you have notblocked.• My availability – SelectAvailable, Busy, or Notavailable.• Viewers – Opens the Currentviewers view of your Publicpres.. See ”Public viewers” onpage 27.• Update presence – Updatesyour presence information tothe presence server.• Login/Logout – Connect to ordisconnect from the presenceserver. See ”Chat and Presenceservers” on page 61.• Settings – Manage thepublishing of your presenceinformation.
