Contact your service provider.• Preferred connection — Select the preferredmethod of connection when sending text messagesfrom your device.• Reply via same centre — Select whether you wantthe reply message to be sent using the same textmessage centre number (network service).Multimedia messagesettingsSelect Options > Settings > Multimedia message.Select from the following:• Image size — Select Small or Large to scale imagesin multimedia messages. Select Original tomaintain the original image size.• MMS creation mode — Select Restricted to haveyour device prevent you from including content inmultimedia messages that may not be supported bythe network or the receiving device. To receivewarnings about including such content, selectGuided. To create a multimedia message with norestrictions on attachment type, select Free. If youselect Restricted, creating multimediapresentations is not possible.• Access point in use — Select the default accesspoint to connect to the multimedia message centre.You may not be able to change the default accesspoint if it is preset in your device by your serviceprovider.• Multimedia retrieval — Select Alwaysautomatic to receive multimedia messages alwaysautomatically, Auto in home netw. to receivenotification of a new multimedia message that youcan retrieve from the message centre (for example,when you are travelling abroad and are outside yourhome network), Manual to retrieve multimediamessages from the message centre manually, orOff to prevent receipt of any multimedia messages.• Allow anon. msgs. — Select whether you want toreceive messages from unknown senders.• Receive adverts — Select whether you want toreceive messages defined as advertisements.• Receive report — Select Yes to have the status ofthe sent message to be shown in the log (networkservice). Receiving a delivery report of a multimediamessage that has been sent to an e-mail addressmay not be possible.• Deny report sending — Select Yes to not senddelivery reports from your device for receivedmultimedia messages.• Message validity — Select how long the messagingcentre tries to send the message (network service).If the recipient of a message cannot be reachedwithin the validity period, the message is removedfrom the multimedia messaging centre.
