AG 5500System Administration 167Deleting Port-Location Assignments by Location {Delete by Location}This procedure shows you how to delete a port-location assignment, based on its location. TheAG 5500 prompts you to confirm this action before deleting the requested port-location.1. From the Web Management Interface, click on Port-Location, then Delete by Location.The Delete Port-Location Assignments by Location screen appears:2. In the Location field, enter the location of the port-location assignment you want todelete.3. Click on the Delete button to delete the specified port-location assignment, or click on theReset button if you want to reset the “location” value to its blank state.If you have updated a port-location assignment, you may want to change itsdescription to distinguish from the old assignment. Although the old assignmentwill no longer exist in the system, a meaningful description can often be avaluable quick reference guide.If you are unsure which port-locations are currently mapped to the system, youcan view a list at “Displaying the Port-Location Mappings {List}” on page 175.Locations are case-sensitive.
