January 2001 Setting up triggers and call rulesProgrammerís Guide 31Setting up a call rules groupIn Symposium Agent, agents must be associated with one or more call rulesgroups in order to enable any call rules.To set up a call rules group1 In Call Rules Explorer, click Add Rule Group on the Tools menu. (You can alsoopen the Rule Group Properties dialog box by right-clicking the Rule Groups icon andselecting Add Rule Group.2 On the Rules tab, in Rule Group Description, type a name for the group.3 From Available Rules, select call rules to apply to this group and move them to theSelected Rules list.4 Select the User tab. Select users to add to this group.5 Select OK to exit.
