Thisprocedure applies to the M2006, M2008/M2008HF, M2216ACD and M2616Meridian Modular telephones, NT2K models.Procedure 72Installing and removing the M2006 or M2008Power Supply Board on NT2K setsOpening the Telephone1 Disconnect and remove all cords (including the handset) from thetelephone.2 Place the telephone, upside-down, on a padded, level surface.3 If the telephone does not have an MCA or MPDA adapter, go to step 7.4 Using a #1 Phillips screwdriver, remove both screws from the footstand.5 Remove the footstand from the base by pressing in the back of thefootstand as it is lifted from the base.6 Unplug the MCA or MPDA from the data line jack on the base, and set thefootstand aside.7 Remove all screws on the base of the telephone.CAUTIONDamage to EquipmentConnect the optional Power Supply to the MeridianModular Telephones only.
