The migration utility does not verify the CallPilot systemsanity and hardware/software configuration.Contact Center prompt migration limitationsFile namesWhen Contact Center prompts are migrated to CallPilot, the CallPilotmigration utility creates an Application Builder application for each promptfile. The name assigned to the application is the Meridian Mail prompt filename. If Contact Center prompts exist in more than one mailbox on Meridian Mail, the data collection utility appends the mailbox number to the file name. Inthis case, you must do one of the following:• Use Application Builder to rename the application in CallPilot.• Update the script if the file name is hard-coded, or upgrade the variableif the voice segment is specified in a variable on the Contact Center.Nortel CallPilotMeridian Mail to CallPilot Migration Utility GuideNN44200-502 01.02 Standard5.0 17 April 2007Copyright © 2007, Nortel Networks.
