47.Using the Audio menuFollow this procedure to view and edit your audio profile.The audio profiles available to you depend on those selected by thesystem administrator. Contact your administrator for recommendedprofiles.You must have permission to edit the audio profile. If the administrator hasgranted you permission, a check mark appears beside the active profile inthe display.The WLAN Handset 2210 Series and WLAN Handset 6100 Seriesterminals do not support the Play DTMF message. This message is sentby the CICM in response to key hit reports, to instruct the terminal to playin-band DTMF. If these terminals are required to interwork to a voicemailsystem or Interactive Voice Response (IVR), the CICM and GWC audioprofiles must be set up to negotiate RFC2833 in order for key hits to bedetected, such as, PIN codes for voicemail accounts.Prerequisites• You must be logged on, and the handset must be active.• The system administrator must grant you permission to edit your audioprofile. A check mark in front of an item indicates that you are in editingmode.Procedure StepsStep Action1 From the main menu, select Audio, then select and open AudioProfile.The Audio Profile screen appears, showing your audio profile.
