You can store up to two fax numbers with32 digits for each One Touch key, a main numberand an alternate number which will be used if themain number is busy. You can also enter a 15-char-acter Location ID (name) for each One Touch key.Tip: To find One Touch keys which are not yetregistered, repeatedly press the Search key.1 Press the Select Function key.2 Press the 8/Location Program One Touch key.
