Press STOP.2. The display will show that the communication has been cancelled.3. The display shows Location ID or Tel. No. of delayed transmissionscurrently programmed in the machine.4. Use S or T keys to select transmission to cancel and then pressENTER.5. The Location ID and Tel. No. of the selected transmission will bedisplayed. After confirmation, press the CLEAR key.6. Selected transmission will be cancelled.7. For a delayed transmission from the document tray, press STOPagain to remove the document.8.
