If no loca-tion is selected, the new column is added to the end ofthe list and the column displaysto the right of the lastcolumn on the screen.For example, if you currently have three columns dis-played and you wish to add a fourth column to the farleft of the screen, follow these steps:1. Select the first column in the Columns Displayedfield.2. Select the column to be added from the ColumnsAvailable field.3. Select Add.Columns may also be removed by selecting Removefrom the Columns Available field.RefreshThe refresh rate defines how often the OkiNet for TCP/IP utility updates the main print server list. To define arefresh rate, select Automatic Refresh and enter therefresh rate in the field provided. Decide how fre-quently to refresh the screen based on factors such asnetwork traffic and desire for most recent information.Example:If traffic on your network is not an issue and the mostcurrent information is desired, set the refresh rate to 1so that the screen is updated every minute.If network traffic is an issue, you may wish to set therefresh rate to 10. This would update the screen everyten minutes and minimize network traffic.
