d-Color MF552/452/362/282/222 2-72.2 Rules to use User Boxes 2When using a combination of Personal User Box and Group User BoxIf both User Authentication and Account Track have been implemented, a user can access to the Public UserBox, a Personal User Box created by the user himself or herself, and the Group User Box of the departmentthe user belongs to.Tips- The Personal User Box is inaccessible by another user.- If user authentication and department management are not linked to each other, the user can access aGroup User Box of his/her department when the user enters the correct department name and pass-word in the authentication field of Group User Box during login.- When releasing the User Authentication or when changing the authentication system and deleting theauthentication data, the administrator can change both Personal User Box and Group User Box to Pub-lic User Boxes or can delete the Personal and Group User Boxes.Related setting (for the administrator)- If the administrator of this machine wants to entrust only box file management to another person, thisadministrator can assign a box administrator (Default: [Restrict]). A User Box administrator can accessall Public User Boxes, all Personal User Boxes and all Group User Boxes.
