Ifit is not, open Palm Desktop software.n Make sure you selected Local USB orLocal Serial, as appropriate, from theHotSync Manager menu.n If you are using the optional serialcradle/cable, make sure you selected thecorrect serial port on the Local tab in theSetup dialog box.
