Check the video cable connection and the TV’s inputmode switch.The camera imagedoesn’t appear.The BL-WV10 cannot access the camera.• Check the camera’s power and connectionsand its IP address as displayed in the camerasettings. If the Ethernet cable is connectedproperly, the LAN indicator will be lit green.• If using wireless cameras, refer to the wirelesscommunications information on page 4.The following is displayed:[There is a problem withthe unit. Please note theerror code below andcontact a Panasonicservice center forservicing.]Remove the power cord from the AC adaptor andre-insert it.• If this doesn’t resolve the problem, note theerror code shown on the screen and contactyour dealer.The image appearsstretched horizontallyThe image size is odd.The TV is set to widescreen mode.• Adjust the TV’s display ratio.The external sensor doesnot trigger Sensor Alertmode.Is the sensor connected correctly?• Incorrect connections can cause Sensor Alertmode to not function properly. Confirm allconnections and try again.The image is refreshedinfrequently.The camera's color night view mode is activated.• Brighten the camera's environment.• Access the camera with a PC and disable thecamera's color night view mode. You can alsouse the BL-WV10 to disable color night viewmode (see “Camera Setup for LocalCameras” on page 93 of the OperatingInstructions). Note that manualdisable/enable is not available on certaincameras.
