Handset phonebookThe phonebook allows you to make callswithout having to dial manually. You can add200 names and phone numbers, assign eachphonebook entry to the desired category.Adding entries1 (left soft key) a2 Enter the party’s name (16 charactersmax.). aR You can change the character entrymode by pressing (page 45).3 Enter the party’s phone number (24 digitsmax.). a4 MbN: Select the desired category. a2 times.R To add other entries, repeat from step2.5 M NNote for New Zealand:R Your service provider/telephone companymay charge you for a local call if thenumber dialled has the area code prefixincluded. If this is unacceptable, dial onlythe 7-digit local number. Do not dial the “0”prefix or the area code.CategoriesCategories can help you find entries in thephonebook quickly and easily. When addingan entry to the phonebook, you can assign itto one of 9 categories.
