Problem Cause/solutionThe 2nd caller’s information isnot displayed during an outsidecall.R In order to use Caller ID, call waiting, or Call WaitingCaller ID (CWID), you must first contact your phoneservice provider and subscribe to the desired service.After subscribing, you may need to contact your phoneservice provider again to activate this specific service,even if you already subscribed to both Caller ID and CallWaiting with Caller ID services (CWID).Using Bluetooth headphoneProblem Cause/solutionI cannot have a conversationusing the headphone.orI cannot connect myheadphone to the handset.R Your Bluetooth headphone is not paired. Pair it (page 17).R Turn your headphone off, then turn it on and try again.R If your headphone is already connected to anotherBluetooth device such as your cellular phone, disconnectthe headphone from your cellular phone, then perform theconnecting procedure to the handset.R Only 1 Bluetooth headphone can be used with the unit ata time.I cannot pair my headphone. R Confirm that the Bluetooth wireless headphone supportsthe Hands Free Profile (HFP) specification. If yourheadphone do not support the HFP specification, yourheadphone is not compatible to be paired with thehandset.R If your headphone is already connected to anotherBluetooth device such as your cellular phone, disconnectthe headphone from your cellular phone, then perform thepairing procedure to the handset.Noise is heard during a call onthe headphone.R A Bluetooth headphone can communicate with thehandset within a range of approximately 10 m (33 feet).The connection may be subject to interference fromobstructions such as walls or electronic devices.
