Advanced (Recording pictures)43VQT1B86Taking pictures thatmatch the scene beingrecorded(Scene mode)When you select a scene mode to matchthe subject and recording situation, thecamera sets the optimal exposure and hueto obtain the desired picture.• Refer to P44 to 50 and “About theinformation ” for details about eachscene mode.1 Press 1 for the [SCENE MODE]menu.2 Press 3/4/2/1 to select thescene mode.• Press 4 at A to switch to the nextmenu screen.• You can switch menu screens from anymenu item by rotating the zoom lever.3 Press [MENU/SET] to set.• The menu screen is switched to therecording screen in the selected scenemode.• Press [MENU/SET] and then performsteps 1, 2 and 3 to change the scenemode.∫ About the information• If you press [DISPLAY] when selecting ascene mode in step 2, explanations abouteach scene mode are displayed.
