The recordedpicture may become dark.≥The Zebra Pattern is not recorded onto the tape.ª Microphone Sensitivity LevelYou can adjust the microphone sensitivity for recording.1 Set [CAMERA FUNCTIONS] >> [ADVANCED FUNCTIONS] >>[MIC LEVEL ADJ.] >> [YES].≥The [MIC LEVEL SETUP] Menu 2 appears.2 Press the [PUSH] Dial to select the [MNL (AGC*, NO-AGC)].≥AGC* : Auto Gain Control≥When you set [MODE] to any other setting than [AUTO], theMicrophone Sensitivity Level appears.AUTO: AGC is activated, and the recording level is adjustedautomatically.MNL (AGC): The desired recording level can be set. AGC will also beactivated to reduce the amount of distortion in the music.MNL (NO-AGC): AGC is not activated and so natural recording can beperformed. Adjust in such a way that the sound will not bedistorted at the maximum volume level.3 Turn the [PUSH] Dial to increase or decrease the bars of the[GAIN] Indication.≥Adjust the [GAIN] value so that the last three Bars of the [LEVEL (MIC)]will not light red.
