Using Speed Dialing Using One-Touch Voice Mail TransferAssigning Names fo PSD NumbersPSD names are displayed when you dial the PSD number.1. Pick yp the handsetor press ON/OFF.5. Press AUTO.6. Enter the voice mail extension number and a password (ifnecessary.) If you are accessinga Panasonic Voice Mail,include a # at the end.2. PressPROG. ‘3. Dial #I..-4.-Press AUTO.5. Dial a PSD code (90-99, or 900-939).Nule: PSD codes correspondto one-touch keys. Code 90 (or900) = key 1, code 91 (or 901) = key 2, etc. For example, toassign a name to the PSD number on one-touch key 1, usePSD code 90 (or 90 1).6. Press AUTO once to clear each characterin the default name.7. Enter the first characterof the name. Use the information inFor example, if your voice mail number is 500 and you arenot using a password, you would make the following entry:ON/OFF PROG FF key CONF AUTO 500 #Note: The length of the voice mail number, including thevoice mail extension number, password, and # cannot exceedsix digits. If more than six digits are required, assign thepassword to a personal or system speeddial number, thenstore the speeddial number rather than your password underthe voice mail key.
