Setting the switchesThere are two DIP switches on the camera:an 8-bit switch and a 4-bit switch. The 8-bitDIP switch is used in both ways to imple-ment protocol selection and to specify theunit number. The 4-bit DIP switch selectstermination ON/OFF and half/full duplexselection for RS485 communications. Switchsettings are read in to the camera when thepower is turned on. Make sure to turn it off,then turn it back on after changing theswitch settings.
