29Features and menusControl PanelsControl Panels allow you to adjust the default settings on many featuresof your TV. You can choose a setting, enter a number or adjust a levelsuch as tint or brightness. There are three types of control panels: sliders,choice lists and numeric entry.SlidersSliders are used to make adjustments to a particular control.To use a Slider in a menu:1. Press the up or down arrow to select the slider control for thefeature you want to adjust.2. Press the right or left arrow to adjust the indicator line on the slider.PICTURE CONTROLSContrastColorTintBlack LevelSharpnessPress MENU to exit.Numeric EntryA numeric entry control panel is used to enter numbers or letters.A pointer appears underneath the column you are changing.SET TIME: AMEnter 01 to 12 for the hour.Press MENU to exit.1.
