The drop shelf increases thepossibilities for oven shelf spacing. The oven shelves can be easily removed andrefitted.Pull the shelf forward untilthe back of the shelf isstopped by the shelf stopbumps in the oven sides.Lift up the front of the shelfso the back of the shelf willpass under the shelf stopand then pull the shelfforward. To refit the shelf, line up the shelf with a groovein the oven side and push the shelf back until theends hit the shelf stop. Lift up the front so the shelfends clear the shelf stops, and then lower the frontso that the shelf is level and push it fully back.Tall Oven shelvesThe tall oven issupplied with fournormal cooking shelvesand a plate warmingshelf. When using the tall oven you can cook on all fourshelves at the same time; but make sure they arewell spaced out to allow the hot air to circulate.SteamDuring cooking, food naturally produces steam, particularly when cooking foods with high watercontent (e.g. oven chips). There may be some steamvisible at the grille at the rear of the hotplate. This isperfectly normal. As this steam can condense to water droplets on thecool outer trim of the oven, it may be necessary duringcooking to wipe away any moisture with a soft cloth. This will also help to prevent soiling and discolourationof the oven exterior by cooking vapours.Oven lightPress the appropriate button to turn on one of theoven lights. If one of the oven lights fail, turn off the powersupply before you change the bulb. See the‘Troubleshooting’ section for details on how tochange an oven light bulb.
