15When reassembling the Wok burner, turn overthe large base ring and find the ‘D’ shaped area.Turn the head until the ‘D’ matches the one onthe burner base. Turn the head over and place iton the burner base. To fit the small inner burner,find the larger electrode notch in the burner rim.Line this up with the white ignition electrode andplace the inner burner on the large base ring.Now fit the two trim rings, making sure that theyare sitting down properly.GriddleAlways clean the griddle after use. Allow to coolcompletely before removing. Immerse the griddleplate in hot soapy water. Use a soft cloth or, forstubborn stains, a nylon washing up brush.NEVER USE CAUSTIC OR ABRASIVECLEANERS AS THESE WILL DAMAGE THESURFACE.The WarmerWipe with a soft cloth that has been soaked inhot soapy water and then wrung out. Avoid usingabrasive cleaners, which may mark the glasssurface.GrillThe face of the grill burner will darken with use -this is perfectly normal. Any fat or grease willburn off. Do not try to clean it - the small holescould get blocked and affect burner performance.The grill pan and grid should be washed in hotsoapy water. Stubborn particles may be removedfrom the grid by using a nylon brush.Control Panel and DoorsThe control panel and control knobs should onlybe cleaned with a soft cloth wrung out in cleanhot soapy water - but take care that no surpluswater seeps into the appliance. Wipe with aclean dampened cloth then polish with a drycloth. The oven doors should only be cleanedwith a soft cloth wrung out in clean hot soapywater.The OvensCleaning is easier if carried out while the oven isstill warm. Before cleaning, cover the burner toprevent the burner holes becoming blocked.The inside of the oven and inner door panel canbe cleaned using any cleaner bearing theVitreous Enamel Association (VEA) label.Take care not to disturb the oven thermostattemperature sensor at the top of the ovenopening.The enamelled oven burner trim (supplied withsome models only) can be removed for cleaning.The oven burner trim hooks onto the front of theoven burner bracket.When refitting make sure that the trim is in themiddle of the front of the oven burner bracket.
