The administrator can record and manage the machine usageinformation by keeping the system log files. The system log files are storedon the machine’s HDD (hard disk drive), and when it is full, it will erase olddata. Export and save the important audit data separately using theexporting feature.- Log configuration: You can enable or disable keeping logs. You canalso backup log files by periods and transfer to a repository server.- Log Viewer: You can view, delete, and search log files.9Maintenance tabThis tab allows you to maintain your machine by upgrading firmware, managingapplications, and setting contact information for sending emails. You can alsoconnect to the Samsung website or download manuals and drivers by selectingthe Link menu.• Firmware Version: You can check the firmware version used in themachine. Check the version and update it if necessary.• Application Management: You can add or delete applications/license. Ifyou add an application, you need to activate the license of the installedapplication. Some applications may not have a license.• Backup/Restore: You can backup the machine’s configurations and restorethe configuration when there is a problem with the machine.
